Lumena’s MultiKiosk appliance has been awarded as part of the 13th edition of the European Medal product contest organized by the Office of the Committee for European Integration and Business Centre Club.

The European Medal contest is a non-profit, nationwide initiative, whose goal is to reward and promote Polish products and services, which can successfully compete on European markets. Under the initiative’s assumptions, nominated products and services must comply with all mandatory standards, and must have all the required licenses, patents, etc. The dynamics of the company which delivers the product or service is also an important factor, and so are other awards and certificates.

The MultiKiosk rewarded in 2006 is one of the latest, fastest-growing products in Lumena’s portfolio. It helps significantly optimize Customer service expenses, and provides a compelling, convenient platform to establish communications and building new sales channels.
