In 2005, the MultiKiosk design, manufacturing and delivery services were included in the company’s ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System for products and services. In addition to MultiKiosks, the ISO 9001:2000 compliance certificate for Lumena’s Quality Management System encompasses the design and implementation of management support IT solutions (including SAP-based solutions), delivery of IT infrastructure, computer hardware maintenance, and LAN design/deployment.
