On May 5, 2010 at the Centre of Banking and Finance "Nowy Świat" was organized seminar named "District and municipal broadband networks". The meeting took place in the conference series "IT for Administration" organized by Centrum Promocji Informatyki.

This event got together about 80 representatives of public administration throughout the country.
Lumena presented solutions for the development of e-government, using WiMAX technology. Much attention was paid to simplicity of installation and use of wide radio network and its expandability. It also presents the multiplicity of uses WiMAX technology to municipalities and districts, e.g. from simple Internet access, video monitoring system, public transport, a mobile uniformed services, PIAP’s to support the emergency medical system.
